  1. Submitting a claim and the period for returning the product

    Conditions and Responsibilities for Returns *Only in the case that we have shipped the wrong item.
    Products must be in perfect condition, meaning they can be re-sold.

The buyer must return the product to the seller within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product for the seller to consider checking the product. When the seller confirms the return EH Exhaust performance will process within 30 days.
The company reserves the right, in any circumstances to refund. Our company will hereby proceed a replacement with correct, functional product instead of refunding.
The company reserves the right, in any circumstances, to reject any returned goods. (Except we supply defective products, nonfunctional /damaged goods)
Product warranty period: EH Exhaust performance provides limited warranty service for one year starting from the shipping date


  1. Purchase Order Cancellation

  1. All customers can terminate purchase orders before performing any transaction. The company reserves the right in terminating the paid purchase order.
    *** NOTICE : In order to cancel purchase order, the unpaid purchase order can be terminated within 24 hours.
  2. Delivery and Shipping Procedure
    All in stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and full payment. After the order is shipped out, we will update you with the tracking information.
    EH Exhaust performance ships via multiple carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and occasionally we will use other courier services depending on availability and delivery speed.
    Please note, there are restrictions in some countries/regions in which EH Exhaust performance products cannot be shipped. In the event of the above situation, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You are suggested to confirm with our sales representative on delivery availability before placing your order.
    For exhaust products, in the event of a back-order situation, it may take 4 to 6 weeks. Please feel free to contact us via Email: info@eurohaus.success4.live in case you need any further information or need any assistance of information.
    Please do not make any orders if you are not willing to wait for manufacturing or shipping times.
    Customers are responsible for any charges related to duties & taxes that they receive while importing the goods. Each country may has different regulations concerning these charges.
